Texas High School Basketball - Alief Hastings crushes Alief Elsik

Alief Hastings Bears (Houston, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Alief Elsik Rams (Houston, TX), 66-28 in a league bout.

With the win, Alief Hastings upgrades its record to 17-16 on the season.

Next up, the Rams clash with the Alvin Yellowjackets (Alvin, TX) in a 6A Region III District 23 bout, on Wednesday, February 7. Alief Elsik will attempt to upgrade on its 13-19 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a 11-24 record after their 48-20 league loss to Shadow Creek (Pearland, TX).
