Carter County Bulldogs (Ekalaka, MT) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Terry Terriers (Terry, MT), 53-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Carter County upgrades its record to 3-10 on the season. The Bulldogs host Garfield County (Jordan, MT) to play the Mustangs in a C District 4 bout on Friday, February 9. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 5-5. Garfield County won 57-53 in their recent non-league bout against Powder River County (Broadus, MT)

Next up, the Terriers play the Wibaux Longhorns (Wibaux, MT) in a C District 4 bout, on Friday, February 9. Terry will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Longhorns go into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 57-45 non-league win over Plevna (Plevna, MT).
