Warren East Raiders (Bowling Green, KY) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Caverna Colonels (Horse Cave, KY), 89-30 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Warren East upgrades its record to 19-2 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Warren Central (Bowling Green, KY) to play the Dragons in a District 14 bout on Monday, February 5. The Dragons come into the bout with a record of 3-15. Warren Central lost 52-34 in their recent league bout against South Warren (Bowling Green, KY)

Next up, the Colonels play the Hart County Raiders (Munfordville, KY) in a District 18 bout, on Monday, February 5. Caverna will attempt to upgrade on its 2-18 season record. The Raiders come into the bout with a 11-9 record after their 83-55 non-league loss to Bethlehem (Bardstown, KY).
