The Scio Loggers basketball team (Scio, OR), dropped 43-29 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Dayton Pirates (Dayton, OR)
The Pirates now possess a 5-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sheridan for a 3A PacWest battle on Tuesday, February 6. Dayton will battle a Spartans team coming off a 68-31 league loss to Amity (Amity, OR). The Spartans record now stands at 7-14.
The Loggers (4-18) will now prepare for their battle against Taft (Lincoln City, OR). The Tigers come into the 3A PacWest battle with a 13-9 record.
