The Macomb Bombers (Macomb, IL) basketball knocked off the visiting Knoxville Blue Bullets (Knoxville, IL), 53-37 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Bombers (15-12) will now prepare for their test against Illini West (Carthage, IL). The Chargers go into the Prairieland test with a 15-13 record. In their last test, Illini West went down by Biggsville West Central (Biggsville, IL), 61-48, in a non-league test.

The Blue Bullets now own a 9-16 record. They play next when they host Galva for a Lincoln Trail test on Monday, February 5. Knoxville will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 46-33 league loss to Mercer County (Aledo, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-18.
