The Marshall Hilltoppers (Duluth, MN) basketball crushed the visiting Pillager Huskies (Pillager, MN), 95-48 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Hilltoppers (14-7) will now prepare for their test against Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] (Eveleth, MN). The Wolverines go into the non-league test with a 19-3 record.
The Huskies now own a 3-16 record. They play next when they travel to Staples-Motley for a AA Section 7 test on Monday, February 5. Pillager will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 59-55 league win over Aitkin (Aitkin, MN). The Cardinals record now stands at 5-14.
