The Miami Trace Panthers (Washington Courthouse, OH) basketball nipped the host Washington Blue Lions (Washington Courthouse, OH), 36-34 in Saturday's league test.
The Panthers (7-12) will now prepare for their test against Fairfield (Leesburg, OH). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 7-13 record. In their last test, Fairfield was tipped by Wheelersburg (Wheelersburg, OH), 31-19, in a non-league test.
The Blue Lions now own a 7-13 record. They play next when they travel to Vinton County for a non-league test on Monday, February 12.
