Oklahoma High School Basketball - Moss overwhelmed by Varnum

The Varnum Whippets basketball team scored 75 points and restricted the visiting Moss Pirates to 32 in the Whippets league victory on Saturday.
The Whippets now sport a 21-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coyle for a non-league contest on Monday, February 5. Varnum will battle a Bluejackets team coming off a 55-27 league loss to Ripley (Ripley, OK). The Bluejackets record now stands at 8-13.
The Pirates (20-4) will now prepare for their contest against Earlsboro (Earlsboro, OK). The Wildcats come into the Little River contest with a 9-14 record. In their last contest, Earlsboro triumphed over Mason (Mason, OK), 49-24, in a league contest.
