Nodaway Valley Wolverines (Greenfield, IA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Southeast Warren Warhawks (Liberty Center, IA), 79-35 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Nodaway Valley upgrades its record to 17-3 on the campaign. The Wolverines host St. Albert (Council Bluffs, IA) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 18-1. St. Albert won 63-44 in their recent non-league bout against Treynor (Treynor, IA)

Next up, the Warhawks play the Moravia Mohawks (Moravia, IA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 5. Southeast Warren will attempt to upgrade on its 6-13 season record.
