Georgia High School Basketball - Northside ripped by Veterans

The Veterans Warhawks basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Northside Eagles to 34 in the Warhawks league triumph on Saturday.
The Warhawks now sport a 19-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lee County for a AAAAAA Region 1 contest on Tuesday, February 6. Veterans will battle a Trojans team coming off a 57-19 league loss to Tift County (Tifton, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 6-16.
The Eagles (8-16) will now prepare for their contest against Thomas County Central (Thomasville, GA). The Yellow Jackets enter the AAAAAA Region 1 contest with a 16-6 record.
