New Mexico High School Basketball - Alamogordo routs Gadsden

In Monday's league contest, the host Alamogordo Tigers basketball team scored a big 71-44 triumph over the Gadsden Panthers.
The Tigers (10-11) will now prepare for their contest against Centennial (Las Cruces, NM). The Hawks go into the 5A District 3 contest with a 7-14 record. In their last contest, Centennial was trounced by Las Cruces (Las Cruces, NM), 40-37, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers confront the Organ Mountain Knights (Las Cruces, NM) in a 5A District 3 contest, on Thursday, February 6. Gadsden will attempt to better on its 5-15 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 16-5 record after their 60-49 league win over Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM).
