In Monday's league contest, the visiting Aviation Flyers basketball team scored a big 67-33 triumph over the Bryant Owls.

The Flyers (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Newcomers (Queens, NY). The Lions go into the PSAL 3A Queens I contest with a 1-11 record. In their last contest, Newcomers smashed Bryant (Queens, NY), 55-50, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Owls confront the Long Island City Bulldogs (Long Island City, NY) in a PSAL 3A Queens I contest, on Wednesday, February 5. Bryant will attempt to better on its 1-11 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 3-9 record after their 60-41 league loss to Queens Complex (Queens, NY).
