The Chatham Cavaliers (Chatham, VA) basketball were winner over the visiting Patrick County Cougars (Stuart, VA), 62-47 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Cavaliers now possess a 7-9 record. They play next when they host William Campbell for a Dogwood bout on Tuesday, February 4. Chatham will play a Generals team coming off a 60-50 non-league win over Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA). The Generals record now stands at 3-14.
With the loss, Patrick County falls to 5-15 on the campaign. The Cougars host Alleghany (Covington, VA) to play the Cougars in a Three Rivers bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 13-5. Alleghany won 48-35 in their recent league bout against Radford (Radford, VA)
