The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Chattahoochee County Panthers (Cusseta, GA) and the host Furlow Charter School Falcons (Americus, GA), observed Chattahoochee County's basketball team overwhelm Furlow Charter School by a score of 87-24.

The Panthers (17-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Taylor County (Butler, GA). The Vikings come into the A D2 Region 6 challenge with a 18-3 record. In their last challenge, Taylor County trounced Central (Talbotton, GA), 67-60, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Marion County Eagles (Buena Vista, GA) in a A D2 Region 6 challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Furlow Charter School will attempt to improve on its 0-21 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 10-12 record after their 71-44 league loss to Macon County (Montezuma, GA).
