The Jefferson Davis Academy Raiders (Blackville, SC) basketball edged the visiting Colleton Prep Academy War Hawks (Walterboro, SC), 59-52 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Raiders now possess a 10-7 record. They play next when they travel to Mead Hall Episcopal School for a SCISA 1A Region II bout on Tuesday, February 4. Jefferson Davis Academy will play a Panthers team coming off a 58-52 non-league loss to Holly Hill Academy (Holly Hill, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 5-7.

With the loss, Colleton Prep Academy falls to 6-16 on the campaign. The War hawks host Hilton Head Prep (Hilton Head Island, SC) to play the Dolphins in a SCISA 3A Region IV bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Dolphins go into the bout with a record of 18-4. Hilton Head Prep won 81-34 in their recent league bout against St. John's Christian Academy (Moncks Corner, SC)
