The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Salem Academy Crusaders (Salem, OR) and the visiting Delphian Dragons (Sheridan, OR), observed Salem Academy's basketball team overwhelm Delphian by a score of 74-45.

The Crusaders (15-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Crosshill Christian (Turner, OR). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 11-8 record. In their last challenge, Crosshill Christian trounced Central Linn (Halsey, OR), 37-21, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Dragons encounter the Kennedy Trojans (Mt. Angel, OR) in a 2A Tri-River challenge, on Thursday, February 6. Delphian will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 9-13 record after their 96-41 league loss to Western Christian (Salem, OR).
