The King Charter Jaguar (New Orleans, LA) basketball edged the host Eleanor McMain Mustangs (New Orleans, LA), 56-49 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Jaguar now possess a 12-12 record. They play next when they travel to Metairie Park Country Day for a 2A District 10 bout on Tuesday, February 4. King Charter will play a Cajuns team coming off a 54-41 non-league win over Bourgeois (Gray, LA). The Cajuns record now stands at 18-11.

With the loss, Eleanor McMain falls to 6-28 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Abramson (New Orleans, LA) to play the Commodores in a 4A District 10 bout on Thursday, February 6. The Commodores go into the bout with a record of 6-19. Abramson lost 64-15 in their recent non-league bout against Family Christian (Baton Rouge, LA)
