In Monday's league contest, the visiting Hillcrest Lutheran Academy Comets basketball team scored a close 58-57 win over the Rothsay Tigers.
The Comets (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against Ashby (Ashby, MN). The Arrows come into the A Section 6 contest with a 9-9 record. In their last contest, Ashby was tipped by Rothsay (Rothsay, MN), 62-45, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Lake Park-Audubon Raiders (Lake Park, MN) in a A Section 6 contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Rothsay will attempt to better on its 5-13 season record. The Raiders come into the contest with a 4-21 record after their 69-61 non-league loss to Hawley (Hawley, MN).
