The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Winston Salem Christian Silver Lions (Winston-Salem, NC) and the visiting Quality Education Academy National Fighting Pharaohs (Winston-Salem, NC), observed Winston Salem Christian Silver's basketball team knock off Quality Education Academy National by a score of 69-61.

The Lions (11-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Carter G. Woodson (Winston-Salem, NC). The Eagle come into the CAASC Western challenge with a 4-11 record.

In their next game, the Fighting Pharaohs battle the Oak Hill Academy International Warriors (Mouth of Wilson, VA) in a CAASC Western challenge, on Saturday, February 8. Quality Education Academy National will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record.
