In Monday's league contest, the visiting Anchor Bay Tars basketball team scored a big 47-24 triumph over the Lakeview Huskies.
The Tars (12-3) will now prepare for their contest against L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI). The Crusaders go into the Macomb Area - White contest with a 2-13 record. In their last contest, L'Anse Creuse North was trounced by Port Huron Northern (Port Huron, MI), 41-30, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Huskies battle the Utica Chieftains (Utica, MI) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, February 5. Lakeview will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record. The Chieftains go into the contest with a 2-12 record after their 60-24 non-league loss to Anchor Bay (Fair Haven, MI).
