City College Black Knights (Baltimore, MD) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Loch Raven Raiders (Towson, MD), 47-40 in a non-league match.
With the victory, City College upgrades its record to 6-9 on the year. The Black Knights travel to Poly (Baltimore, MD) to face the Engineers in a Baltimore City match on Thursday, February 6. The Engineers enter the match with a record of 10-8. Poly lost 56-55 in their recent non-league match against McDonogh (Owings Mills, MD)
The Raiders now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklin for a Baltimore County 1 match on Wednesday, February 5. Loch Raven will face a Indians squad coming off a 68-28 league loss to Milford Mill Academy (Baltimore, MD). The Indians record now stands at 5-6.
