In Monday's league contest, the host Dover-Eyota Eagles basketball team scored a good 59-40 triumph over the Lourdes Eagles.
The Eagles (18-6) will now prepare for their contest against Goodhue (Goodhue, MN). The Wildcats go into the non-league contest with a 17-4 record. In their last contest, Goodhue topped Cannon Falls (Cannon Falls, MN), 75-30, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Cannon Falls Bombers (Cannon Falls, MN) in a AA Section 1 contest, on Friday, February 7. Lourdes will attempt to better on its 13-10 season record. The Bombers go into the contest with a 7-17 record after their 61-30 non-league loss to Kasson-Mantorville (Kasson, MN).
