The Dunmore Bucks (Dunmore, PA) basketball crushed the host Mid Valley Spartans (Throop, PA), 54-33 in Monday's league bout.

The Bucks now possess a 16-2 record. They play next when they host Holy Cross for a Lackawanna 3 bout on Friday, February 7. Dunmore will play a Crusaders team coming off a 45-22 league win over Lakeland (Jermyn, PA). The Crusaders record now stands at 9-9.

With the loss, Mid Valley falls to 10-6 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Honesdale (Honesdale, PA) to play the Hornets in a Lackawanna 3 bout on Thursday, February 6. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 10-3. Honesdale won 49-41 in their recent league bout against Riverside (Taylor, PA)
