The DuVal Tigers (Lanham, MD) basketball crushed the host High Point Eagles (Beltsville, MD), 44-9 in Monday's league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Parkdale for a Prince George's County 4A bout on Tuesday, February 4. DuVal will play a Panthers team coming off a 2-0 league win over Northwestern (Hyattsville, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 10-2.
With the loss, High Point falls to 1-9 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Laurel (Laurel, MD) to play the Spartans in a Prince George's County 4A bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 4-6.
