In Monday's league test, the Dwight Trojans (Dwight, IL) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Henry-Senachwine Mallards (Henry, IL), by a score of 41-29.

Next, the Trojans encounter the Gardner-South Wilmington Panthers (Gardner, IL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, February 4. Dwight will attempt to improve on its 16-11 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 5-20 record after their 47-32 league loss to Donovan/St. Anne (Donovan, IL).

The Mallards (12-16) will now prepare for their test against Putnam County (Granville, IL). The Panthers come into the Tri-County test with a 5-22 record. In their last test, Putnam County was knocked off by Marquette (Ottawa, IL), 57-20, in a league test.
