Illinois High School Basketball - Eureka overwhelms Fisher

The Eureka Hornets basketball team scored 71 points and limited the visiting Fisher Bunnies to 44 in the Hornets league triumph on Monday.
The Hornets now possess a 21-7 record. They play next when they travel to El Paso-Gridley for a Heart Of Illinois game on Thursday, February 6. Eureka will play a Titans team coming off a 36-24 non-league win over Olympia (Stanford, IL). The Titans record now stands at 9-12.
With the loss, Fisher falls to 12-13 on the campaign. The Bunnies travel to Ridgeview (Colfax, IL) to play the Mustangs in a Heart Of Illinois game on Thursday, February 6. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 6-20. Ridgeview lost 53-14 in their recent league game against Fieldcrest (Minonk, IL)
