North Carolina High School Basketball - Hickory Grove Christian knocks off SouthLake Christian Academy

February 3, 2025: Charlotte, NC 28215

In Monday's league contest, the host Hickory Grove Christian Lions basketball team scored a good 55-38 win over the SouthLake Christian Academy Eagles.

The Lions (10-11) will now prepare for their contest against Forsyth Home Educators (Winston-Salem, NC). The Hawks come into the non-league contest with a 16-11 record. In their last contest, Forsyth Home Educators defeated Greater Cabarrus Stallions (Concord, NC), 43-33, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Gaston Day Spartans (Gastonia, NC) in a NCISAA Metrolina contest, on Tuesday, February 4. SouthLake Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 4-15 season record. The Spartans come into the contest with a 4-16 record after their 57-21 league loss to Westminster Catawba Christian (Rock Hill, SC).
