The Golden Eagles (10-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Brownsville (Brownsville, PA). The Falcons come into the WPIAL 3A 3 challenge with a 10-6 record. In their last challenge, Brownsville trounced Jefferson-Morgan (Jefferson, PA), 58-18, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the Albert Gallatin Colonials (Uniontown, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 5. Waynesburg Central will attempt to better on its 8-11 season record. The Colonials come into the challenge with a 6-11 record after their 61-35 non-league loss to Trinity (Washington, PA).
