The Marion County Mustangs basketball team scored 43 points and limited the host Knox County Eagles to 34 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Monday.

The Mustangs now possess a 14-4 record. They play next when they host Silex for a non-league game on Saturday, February 8.

With the loss, Knox County falls to 6-13 on the campaign. The Eagles host Brashear (Brashear, MO) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 9-9. Brashear won 61-39 in their recent league game against La Plata (La Plata, MO)
