The LaGrange Grangers basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Spalding Jaguars to 34 in the Grangers league triumph on Monday.

The Grangers now possess a 6-16 record. They play next when they travel to Whitewater for a AAA Region 2 game on Tuesday, February 4. LaGrange will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 46-44 league win over Spalding (Griffin, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-22.

With the loss, Spalding falls to 2-20 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Troup County (LaGrange, GA) to confront the Tigers in a AAA Region 2 game on Thursday, February 6. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 13-7. Troup County lost 65-43 in their recent league game against Sandy Creek (Tyrone, GA)
