In Monday's league contest, the visiting Lexington Wildcats basketball team scored a good 44-33 triumph over the Chapin Eagles.
The Wildcats (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Dutch Fork (Irmo, SC). The Silver Foxes go into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Dutch Fork was toppled by Chapin (Chapin, SC), 29-22, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles confront the River Bluff Gators (Lexington, SC) in a contest, on Thursday, February 6. Chapin will attempt to better on its 12-4 season record. The Gators go into the contest with a 1-3 record after their 41-10 league loss to Chapin (Chapin, SC).
