Fans at Monday's league battle between the Arleta Mustangs (Arleta, CA) and the host Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA), saw Arleta's soccer squad knock off Poly by a count of 3-1.

The Mustangs (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Grant (Van Nuys, CA). The Lancers enter the East Valley battle with a 5-9 record. In their last battle, Grant by Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA), 4-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Parrots battle the Grant Lancers (Van Nuys, CA) in a East Valley battle, on Friday, February 7. Poly will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Lancers enter the battle with a 5-9 record after their 1-1 league Arleta (Arleta, CA).
