The Fairfax Lions (Fairfax, VA) basketball edged the host Robinson Rams (Fairfax, VA), 44-39 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Lions now possess a 7-6 record. They play next when they host West Potomac for a bout on Thursday, February 6. Fairfax will play a Wolverines team coming off a 56-44 league win over Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA). The Wolverines record now stands at 5-7.
With the loss, Robinson falls to 9-5 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Westfield (Chantilly, VA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 5. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 8-5. Westfield lost 72-64 in their recent non-league bout against Centreville (Clifton, VA)
