Florida High School Basketball - Coral Shores trounces Marathon

The Coral Shores Hurricanes (Tavernier, FL) basketball crushed the host Marathon Dolphins (Marathon, FL), 59-20 in Friday's league test.
The Hurricanes (13-10) will now prepare for their test against Palmer Trinity (Miami, FL). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 10-12 record. In their last test, Palmer Trinity walloped Oxbridge Academy (West Palm Beach, FL), 66-53, in a non-league test.
The Dolphins now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they travel to Westminster Christian for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 8. Marathon will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 70-44 non-league loss to Mater Academy Charter (Hialeah Gardens, FL). The Warriors record now stands at 7-16.
