Virginia High School Basketball - Lake Taylor nips Norview

Lake Taylor Titans (Norfolk, VA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Norview Pilots (Norfolk, VA), 54-53 in a league bout.
With the win, Lake Taylor upgrades its record to 6-7 on the season. The Titans host Norcom (Portsmouth, VA) to play the Greyhounds in a Eastern bout on Tuesday, February 15. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a record of 0-11.
Next up, the Pilots play the Granby Comets (Norfolk, VA) in a Eastern bout, on Tuesday, February 8. Norview will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Comets go into the bout with a 0-13 record after their 61-50 non-league loss to Northampton (Eastville, VA).
