Utah High School Basketball - Pinnacle trounced by Monument Valley

The Monument Valley Cougars routed the host Pinnacle Panthers basketball team by a final score of 40-11 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Cougars face the Green River Pirates (Green River, UT) in a 1A Region 23 game, on Saturday, February 5. Monument Valley will attempt to move on its 10-2 season record. The Pirates enter the game with a 2-12 record after their 42-30 league win over Monticello (Monticello, UT).
