Washington, DC High School Basketball - Archbishop Carroll winner over St. Mary's Ryken

The Archbishop Carroll Lions (Washington, DC) basketball felled the visiting St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD), 56-47 in Saturday's league test.
The Lions (7-15) will now prepare for their test against Woodson (Washington, DC). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 2-14 record. In their last test, Woodson was beaten by Eastern (Washington, DC), 59-47, in a league test.
The Knights now own a 7-13 record. They play next when they host Paul VI for a VISAA Division I test on Tuesday, February 7. St. Mary's Ryken will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 97-45 league win over The Heights (Potomac, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 22-1.
