The Arlington Heights Yellowjackets basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Polytechnic Parrots to 41 in the Yellowjackets league victory on Saturday.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 17-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trimble Tech for a 5A Region I District 6 contest on Monday, February 6. Arlington Heights will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 75-40 league loss to Southwest (Fort Worth, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-19.

The Parrots (6-16) will now prepare for their contest against Wyatt (Fort Worth, TX). The Chaparrals come into the 5A Region I District 6 contest with a 13-10 record. In their last contest, Wyatt triumphed over South Hills (Fort Worth, TX), 75-52, in a league contest.
