With the win, Tom Bean upgrades its record to 12-17 on the season. The Tomcats host Wolfe City (Wolfe City, TX) to play the Wolves in a 2A Region II District 14 bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 14-13. Wolfe City won 61-23 in their recent league bout against Whitewright (Whitewright, TX)

Next up, the Blue Devils play the Trenton Tigers (Trenton, TX) in a 2A Region II District 14 bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Celeste will attempt to upgrade on its 18-11 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 9-15 record after their 58-37 league loss to Sam Rayburn (Ivanhoe, TX).
