Texas High School Basketball - Clear Brook nips Clear Springs

Clear Brook Wolverines (Friendswood, TX) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Clear Springs Chargers (League City, TX), 49-45 in a league bout.
With the victory, Clear Brook upgrades its record to 15-15 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Dickinson (Dickinson, TX) to play the Gators in a 6A Region III District 24 bout on Wednesday, February 8. The Gators come into the bout with a record of 22-9. Dickinson won 66-41 in their recent league bout against Clear Creek (League City, TX)
Next up, the Chargers play the Dickinson Gators (Dickinson, TX) in a 6A Region III District 24 bout, on Saturday, February 11. Clear Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 20-9 season record.
