Texas High School Basketball - Cypress Ranch can't hold off Langham Creek

The Langham Creek Lobos basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting Cypress Ranch Mustangs to 55 in the Lobos league victory on Saturday.

The Lobos now sport a 20-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cypress Lakes for a 6A Region II District 16 contest on Wednesday, February 8. Langham Creek will battle a Spartans team coming off a 51-42 league win over Bridgeland (Cypress, TX). The Spartans record now stands at 12-16.

The Mustangs (17-12) will now prepare for their contest against Cypress Falls (Houston, TX). The Eagles come into the 6A Region II District 16 contest with a 23-6 record. In their last contest, Cypress Falls edged Cypress Park (Cypress, TX), 61-31, in a league contest.
