California High School Basketball - Del Norte overwhelmed by Scripps Ranch

The Del Norte Nighthawks basketball team (San Diego, CA), was overwhelmed 72-50 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Scripps Ranch Falcons (San Diego, CA)
The Falcons now possess a 15-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coronado for a Eastern battle on Friday, February 10.
The Nighthawks (16-7) will now prepare for their battle against San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA). The Mustangs come into the Avocado battle with a 7-13 record. In their last battle, San Dieguito Academy was overwhelmed by Sage Creek (Carlsbad, CA), 68-63, in a league battle.
