In Saturday's league outing, the Pilot Rock Rockets (Pilot Rock, OR) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Griswold Grizzlies (Helix, OR), by a margin of 76-20.

The Rockets (6-12) will now prepare for their outing against Nixyaawii Community (Pendleton, OR). The Eagles go into the 1A Old Oregon outing with a 16-1 record. In their last outing, Nixyaawii Community smashed Union (Union, OR), 67-60, in a league outing.

The Grizzlies now own a 1-14 record. They play next when they travel to Union for a 1A Old Oregon outing on Friday, February 10. Griswold will clash with a Bobcats squad coming off a 64-53 league win over Echo (Echo, OR). The Bobcats record now stands at 21-3.
