The Hackett Hornets basketball team (Hackett, AR), was overwhelmed 65-40 in Saturday's league battle with the host Paris Eagles (Paris, AR)
The Eagles now possess a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Charleston for a 3A Region 4 battle on Wednesday, February 8. Paris will confront a Tigers team coming off a 85-32 league win over Two Rivers (Ola, AR). The Tigers record now stands at 11-4.
The Hornets (3-8) will now prepare for their battle against Cedarville (Cedarville, AR). The Pirates come into the 3A Region 4 battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, Cedarville was overwhelmed by Charleston (Charleston, AR), 74-43, in a league battle.
