Texas High School Basketball - Temple ripped by Harker Heights

The Harker Heights Knights basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Temple Wildcats to 43 in the Knights league triumph on Saturday.
The Knights now sport a 19-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bryan for a 6A Region II District 12 contest on Tuesday, February 7. Harker Heights will meet a Vikings team coming off a 69-66 league loss to Midway (Waco, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 15-14.
The Wildcats (15-13) will now prepare for their contest against Copperas Cove (Copperas Cove, TX). The Bulldawgs enter the 6A Region II District 12 contest with a 15-16 record. In their last contest, Copperas Cove was routed by Harker Heights (Harker Heights, TX), 73-67, in a league contest.
