Kennedy Memorial Mustangs (Iselin, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Highland Park Owls (Highland Park, NJ), 61-58 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Kennedy Memorial upgrades its record to 5-15 on the season.
Next up, the Owls play the Triton Mustangs (Runnemede, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Highland Park will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 11-7 record after their 87-60 non-league win over Bridgeton (Bridgeton, NJ).
