In Saturday's non-league outing, the Jackson Christian Eagles (Jackson, TN) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Tipton-Rosemark Academy Rebels (Millington, TN), by a margin of 61-40.

The Eagles (17-7) will now prepare for their outing against Fayette Academy (Somerville, TN). The Vikings go into the Division II-A West District 5 outing with a 7-17 record. In their last outing, Fayette Academy was trounced by University School of Jackson (Jackson, TN), 51-29, in a league outing.

The Rebels now own a 4-21 record. They play next when they travel to Sacred Heart of Jesus for a Division II-A West District 5 outing on Tuesday, February 7. Tipton-Rosemark Academy will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 75-67 league win over University School of Jackson (Jackson, TN). The Knights record now stands at 22-5.
