Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Lipan Indians (Lipan, TX) and the host Santo Wildcats (Santo, TX), saw Lipan's basketball squad wallop Santo by a count of 117-21.

With the victory, Lipan upgrades its record to 26-1 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Tolar (Tolar, TX) to play the Rattlers in a 2A Region II District 11 challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Rattlers come into the challenge with a record of 23-6. Tolar won 58-33 in their recent league challenge against De Leon (De Leon, TX)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Hico Tigers (Hico, TX) in a 2A Region II District 11 challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Santo will attempt to upgrade on its 4-21 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 3-24 record after their 67-25 league loss to Poolville (Poolville, TX).
