Round Rock Dragons (Round Rock, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Manor Mustangs (Manor, TX), 41-29 in a league bout.

With the win, Round Rock upgrades its record to 21-9 on the season. The Dragons travel to McNeil (Austin, TX) to clash with the Mavericks in a 6A Region IV District 25 bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 7-23. McNeil lost 68-62 in their recent league bout against Vandegrift (Austin, TX)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Vista Ridge Rangers (Cedar Park, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 25 bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Manor will attempt to upgrade on its 20-10 season record. The Rangers go into the bout with a 14-17 record after their 68-58 league loss to Stony Point (Round Rock, TX).
