The Mission Hills Grizzlies basketball team (San Marcos, CA), dropped 44-35 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Mission Bay Buccaneers (San Diego, CA)
The Buccaneers now possess a 19-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hoover for a Western battle on Tuesday, February 7. Mission Bay will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 72-67 non-league loss to Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 12-14.
The Grizzlies (13-13) will now prepare for their battle against El Camino (Oceanside, CA). The Wildcats come into the Palomar battle with a 17-9 record. In their last battle, El Camino dropped by Lincoln (San Diego, CA), 53-48, in a non-league battle.
